Senaya provides wellness and massage services by prior appointment. The descriptions on the website provide general information; the precise content and boundaries are agreed personally before treatment. No sexual services are provided.
A request sent by form, email or WhatsApp becomes a confirmed appointment only after Senaya has accepted and confirmed it. Guests must be at least 18 years old.
The current prices displayed on the website apply. Euro prices on the English pages are informational fixed prices. Available payment methods are confirmed during booking.
Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late arrival may reduce treatment time where the next appointment cannot be moved.
Tell your therapist about any relevant health condition before treatment. We cannot receive guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Respectful conduct and compliance with agreed boundaries are required.
Please send complaints to reservation@senaya.hu. These terms and the service relationship are governed by Hungarian law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
