Your first visit to Senaya—what can you expect?
A little uncertainty before your first visit is completely natural. When should you arrive? What should you say? How does the treatment unfold, and what if you change your mind?
At Senaya, your first session does not begin when you lie down on the massage table. It begins with a conversation.
Arrive without rushing
Come a few minutes before your appointment so the experience does not begin while your thoughts are still on traffic, your phone or the day’s tasks.
You will meet your therapist and briefly discuss the treatment, what you are looking for and anything you would rather avoid. This is not a formality: a good massage cannot be identical for every guest.
You define your boundaries
Choosing a particular massage does not mean automatically agreeing to every possible touch or element. Intimate additions are never assumed and can only be included where offered and agreed in advance.
You may also change your mind during the session. What felt comfortable beforehand may feel different in the moment.
You can speak during the massage
You do not have to remain silent once the treatment begins. Ask for firmer or gentler touch, say when something feels especially good, or let your therapist know when you do not want something to continue.
Feedback does not interrupt the experience. It helps make the massage genuinely yours.
And when it ends?
You will not be expected to jump straight back into everyday life. We leave time for you to return calmly, dress and find your own rhythm again.
If you are unsure which massage to choose, tell us that this is your first visit, what kind of experience you seek and what you definitely do not want. The goal is not to meet an imagined expectation, but to feel safe enough to truly relax.
